Hypertube is a web application for searching and watching video content from legally distributable sources. The platform provides account management, profile settings, comments, and security features.

You must be at least 18 years old to create and use an account. By registering, you confirm that this requirement is met.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must not share accounts or create multiple abusive accounts.
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for activity performed from your account.

• Do not attack, disrupt, scrape abusively, or overload the service.
• Do not upload unlawful or malicious content.
• Do not bypass rate limits or security controls.
• Do not post abusive, illegal, or harmful comments.

• You must only use and access content with valid distribution rights.
• The service must not be used for unauthorized copyrighted material.
• Users are responsible for complying with applicable copyright laws.

Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. You may request account deletion and export your own data.

• Security logs are kept for abuse prevention and traceability.
• Session, IP, and user-agent data may be processed for account security.
• In non-production only, verification/reset links may be logged when SMTP delivery is unavailable.

• The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• Uptime and response times are not guaranteed.
• The operator may suspend or discontinue the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including temporary downtime or data loss.

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes are resolved in Belgian courts.
